Own a holiday home in Spain?
Are you paying a Fiscal Representative to pay your taxes for you?
Why? When you can do it yourself for free!
My name is Sue, my husband and I bought an apartment in Playa Flamenca, Costa Blanca in November 2003. When I asked about paying my La Renta (Rental) Tax & Patrimonio (Wealth) Tax annually, I was horrified to be told that it would cost me up to 200 Euros per year to pay someone to do it for me. So I did some research and after a lot of hard work, I found out how to pay these taxes myself.
I have been paying the taxes for three years now with no problems and have produced a guide to help others do the same!
This guide will be beneficial to all Non Resident owners in Spain, wishing to pay taxes using the 214 Tax Form (Simplified tax submission).
I began selling this guide in 2006 and it has proved extremely popular.
In January 2007, I heard about Emma's fund and decided to donate some of the proceeds to this worthwhile cause.
Read about Emma here:

I am pleased to announce that Emma's fund has now reached it's target of 200,000 Pounds!!

My donations have played a small part in the fundraising but nevertheless, every penny helped!
I have donated 344 Pounds to her fund.
I am now in the process of looking for another cause to support, please e-mail me with your suggestions.
